{"id":29786,"date":"2021-04-14T16:10:57","date_gmt":"2021-04-14T14:10:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/allavellilegal.com\/?p=29786"},"modified":"2024-09-24T11:09:44","modified_gmt":"2024-09-24T09:09:44","slug":"covid-19-italian-worker-post-disease-reintroduction","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/allavellilegal.com\/blog\/en\/covid-19-italian-worker-post-disease-reintroduction\/","title":{"rendered":"Covid-19: italian worker post-disease reintroduction"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The Italian Health Ministry, in agreement with the Social Representatives, has clarified the procedures for <strong>the<\/strong> <strong>return of employees who have contracted Covid-19<\/strong> (circular no. 15127 of 12 April 2021).<\/p>\n<p>The management <strong>procedure changes according to the seriousness of the symptoms manifested<\/strong> by the worker during the disease.<\/p>\n<p>Generally, it is <strong>always necessary the negative test<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Serious illness and hospitalization<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Required competent doctor visit to ascertain suitability for the job.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Symptomatic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10 days of isolation, of which at least 3 days without symptoms + negative test.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Asymptomatic<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10 days of isolation + negative test.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Long-term positives<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Positive person without symptoms for at least a week can finish isolation after 21 days.<\/p>\n<p>However, for reintegration into the company, the negative test is required.<\/p>\n<p>The period between the certificated termination of isolation and the negativization, in the event that smart working is not practicable, is covered by a certificate of extension of the illness.<\/p>\n<p>Unless specifically requested by the worker, visit to ascertain the suitability for the job is not required.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Close contact<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>10 days of isolation + negative test.<\/p>\n<p>The worker informs the competent doctor who releases\u00a0medical certification of illness unless smart working could not be practicable.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The Italian Health Ministry, in agreement with the Social Representatives, has clarified the procedures for the return of employees who have contracted Covid-19 (circular no. 15127 of 12 April 2021).
