{"id":29888,"date":"2021-09-15T20:05:51","date_gmt":"2021-09-15T18:05:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/allavellilegal.com\/?p=29888"},"modified":"2024-09-16T16:28:16","modified_gmt":"2024-09-16T14:28:16","slug":"italian-fixed-term-contract-with-the-collective-agreements-condition","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/allavellilegal.com\/blog\/en\/italian-fixed-term-contract-with-the-collective-agreements-condition\/","title":{"rendered":"Italian fixed-term contract with the collective agreement\u2019s condition"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The \u201cSostegni Bis Decree\u201d introduced an important innovation to the discipline of fixed-term contracts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Collective agreements can identify new reasons in the presence of which it will be possible to stipulate a term contract lasting more than 12 months.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The condition must identify <strong>specific and concrete hypotheses<\/strong> without using generic formulations (&#8220;technical, organizational &#8230;&#8221;) that need further declinations within the individual contract.<\/p>\n<p>This innovation also affects the <strong>extensions and renewals<\/strong>, the rules of which refer to the one of the fixed-term contract.<\/p>\n<p>The Italian Ministry of Labor (note 7959 of 13 September 2021) and the INL (note 1363 of 14 September 2021) therefore specify the possibility of <strong>renewing or extending a fixed-term contract according to the new provisions of collective agreement.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>This option is currently foreseen until the 30 September 2022 but the term refers to the formalization of the contract<\/strong>.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The \u201cSostegni Bis Decree\u201d introduced an important innovation to the discipline of fixed-term contracts.
